Press Statement Hair Dyes
The cosmetics industry, represented in Europe by COLIPA (European Cosmetic, Toiletry and Perfumery Association) is taking an active part in the work of the European Commission and the SCCP, its advisory Scientific Committee for Consumer Products, with respect to the safety of hair colorant usage.
